What is the age requirement to work at Summit Racing Equipment?
We require that candidates are 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
Can I work remotely in your company?
We offer fully remote, hybrid, and fully on-site jobs depending on the role and department standards. If a position is eligible for remote work, it will say Remote in the job posting. You can also filter by Remote when you are browsing jobs on this site.
Where does an applicant need to live to be considered for employment?
All work performed by employees must occur in one of the following six states: Ohio, Georgia, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee, or Florida. This applies to all positions, including fully remote.
Do you offer internships?
We do not offer internships. We still encourage you to look at our open positions for a regular role that may be a fit for you, as some roles have schedule flexibility.
Does Summit Racing test for cannabis and by-products of cannabis?
Summit Racing Equipment is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. Cannabis is a prohibited substance per company policy. A reasonable accommodation for the lawful medical use of cannabis may be considered, which is dependent upon the job responsibilities and legal regulations of the state.
Do you provide a Work Visa / sponsorship to work?
Applicants must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States and not require employer sponsorship.

What type of training will I receive?
Your specific training will depend on your position. Many of our departments have customized training programs to help you learn your new role. You are also supported by peers and leaders who are ready to lend a hand or offer guidance.
Do employees travel for work?
Sometimes. However, travel is typically related to a key project or business need.
What are your growth opportunities?
You can grow within a department, transfer to a different department for a new opportunity, or aspire for a promotion. Internal applications for open positions are encouraged and some positions within the company have a track for development.

What is the dress code of your company?
Some departments provide a required uniform. Departments without a uniform rely on a business casual dress code. For most, that includes jeans with a business-appropriate top and shoes.
